ACE BILLIARDS -- guarantees their Pool Tables against defects in material or workmanship for one year from date of installation by agreeing to repair any and all parts proven to be defective and subject to such guarantee.

LIFETIME GUARANTEE -- that slate bed will remain free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner.

THIS GUARANTEE does not imply the replacement of the entire Pool Table, but does cover replacement of such parts as may prove defective.

OTHERWISE, no oral or statutory or implied warranties shall be applicable to us and we neither assumer nor authorize any person to assume for us any other obligation or liability in connection with said Pool Table. This WARRANTY does not apply to damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, abuse, flood, fire, earthquake or any other natural calamity.

REPLACEMENT of any such defective parts shall constitute complete fulfillment of all obligations with respect to the product.

ACE BILLIARDS obligation hereunder is voided if the table is not installed and serviced by authorized Ace Billiards representatives or their agents.
